Do you have a sizing guide?

Do you offer any personalization or customization?

Yes, our designers will gladly create a personalized or custom design to your specification.  Please message us via the contact page so that we can work out the details with you.

Where do you ship?

Pretty much everywhere.

Can I track my order?

Tracking is standard with all domestic orders.  Tracking is not standard with international orders.

What taxes do I need to pay?

In the United States all taxes have been calculated into the final price of our products.  If you are an international customer there may be additional duties to be collected at customs and these fees are your responsibility to pay.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are collected through a third party processor called Stripe.  With Stripe, we accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Apple Pay.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, e-mail us through our contact form and we will do whatever we can to make you happy and correct the problem.

Privacy Policy

Personal information shared with us through our contact or order form is only used to communicate with you and/or to fill your order and can only be obtained if voluntarily given to us.  Information shared with us will not be sold or given to any third party.  Maintaining your privacy is of the utmost importance to eeShirts and we will uphold a strong standard of trust between us and all of our customers.

Credit card information is not stored onsite at eeShirts.com or in our system.  We never see your credit card number.  All credit card transactions are performed through Stripe which is one of the top online credit card processors for small businesses.  At checkout, Stripe will use the information you provide to verify your identity and secure your payment to our account.  Stripe maintains a secure checkout with up to date SSL certifications.  They also use data encryption software and firewalls to ensure your payment information is secure within their system.

You may at any time opt out of any future contact with us via an e-mail from our contact page.  You may also ask what data we have in our system regarding your past contacts or orders with us and we will provide you with that information.  We will only supply answers regarding a customer's past data to that customer via the e-mail that we have on file.
